If you expand the determinant of the second matrix into the long formula in accordance
with the definition of the determinant,  you will see that each term of this
decomposition is  (-6)  times the corresponding term of the expansion of the original matrix.

Therefore, the determinant of the second matrix is  (-6)  times the determinant of the original matrix.

ANSWER.     The determinant of the second matrix is   (-6)*5 = -30.
