Question 73074: An airplane covered 22 miles of its route while decreasing its altitude by 25,000 feet. Find the slope of the airplane's line of descent. Round to the nearest hundredth. (1 mi-5280 feet).
So far I have m=25000/22mi * 1/5280=25000/116160=2500/11616=1250/5808=625/2904.
I have not idea if I am doing this correctly.
