Question 45231: graphing 3x -4y = 12 by using the slope and y intercept.
a sample equation reads 2x - 3y = 6
3y = -2x + 6
y = 2/3x - 2 uncertain as to how that was broken down that way. the y intercept = (0,-2) and m(slope) = 2/3.
I'f I can decifer the pattern in the sample I just may be able to catch on.
