Let us assume the standard slope-intercept form of line,
y=mx+c
Since it passes through (13,98) and (7,8), we have,
98 = 13m + c ------------(i) and
8 = 7m + c --------------(ii)
Solving both the equations we get,
m = 15 and c = -97
So equation of line is
y = 15x - 97
