Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the slope of the line that passes through each pair of points.
(5,2) (3,1)
------
slope = (2-1)/(5-3) = 1/2
-------
Note:: The differences must be taken in the same order
m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) or m = (y1-y2)/(x1-x2)
-------
