v-4(4-v)=-2(2v-1)
Thanks so much

Answer by checkley71(8403)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
V-4(4-V)=-2(2V-1)
V-16+4V=-4V+2 NOW TRANFER ALL V TERMS ON THE LEFT SIDE & ALL NUMBERS TO THE RIGHT SIDE THUS:
V+4V+4V=2+16 NOW COMBINE LIKE TERMS
9V=18 NOW DIVIDE BOTH SIDES BY 9
9V/9=18/9
V=2 ANSWER.
PROOF
2-4(4-2)=-2(2*2-1)
2-4*2=-2(4-1)
2-8=-2*3
-6=-6
