First equation is 9y=7x-37
y=(7x/9)-(37/9)
second equation has same slope
y-y1=(7/9)(x-x1) by point slope formula
y+7=(7/9)((x+5)=(7x/9)+(35/9)
y=(7x/9)-(14/9)
