what is the equation for the line that passes through
the points (1,2) and (5,10)?

slope = (10-2)/(5-1) = 8/4 = 2
------
Form:: y = mx + b
Solve for "b"::
10 = 2*5 + b
b = 0
----
Ans: y = 2x
