Hint: The axis of symmetry intersects the x-axis and the x-intercepts are equidistant from any point on the axis of symmetry. Since the origin is a point on this particular axis of symmetry, how far away is the point (-4,0) from the origin? Once you know that, the other intercept is just as far away from the origin but in the other direction.
