A local Charity help a crafts fair selling donated, handmade items. Total proceeds from the sale were $2800. A total of 92 items were sold, some at $25 each and the rest at $45 each.

Quantity Eq:: t + f = 92
Value Eq::: 25t+45f = 2800

Modify for elimination::
5t + 5f = 5*92
5t + 9f = 560
-----
Subtract and solve for "f":
4f = 100
f = 25 (# of items sold for $45)
---
Solve for "t":
t + 25 = 92
t = 67 (# of items sold for $25)
