 Since all the three points are co linear
slope of a set of points are equal
(3,0) (-2,1)
(1-0)/(-2-3)
=1/-5
slope of
(-2,1) (p,3)
(3-1)/(p+2)
2/(p+2)=-1/5
-p-2=10
-p=12
p=-12
p=-12
