P = 2L + 2W
L = 4W + 3
W = 50
If the width is 50, then the length is (4*50)+3, or 203
Area = Length * width
Area = 203 * 50 = 10,150
Perimeter = 2(203) + 2(50) = 406 + 100 = 506
You'll have to draw it yourself as I don't have that capability
