y=-4x-5 line parallel has same slope
Use ***point-slope form, to determine new line
y-1 = -4(x-0) P(0,1)
y = -4x + 1

y-3 = -2(x-1) P(1,3)
y-3 = -2x + 2
y = -2x + 5
