Find the value of p so the line that passes through (9,15) and (3,p) has a slope of m=2/3.
----------------
slope m = diffy/diffx = 2/3
(15 - p)/(9-3) = 2/3
(15 - p)/6 = 2/3
Multiply thru by 6
15 - p = 4
15 = p + 4
p = 11
