Eliminating x to solve for y

2x+3y= 11  times  -3

3x-5y= -12  times 2

-6x-9y= -33  time  -3

6x-10y= -24

  -19y = -57

     y = 3   and x = 1  

Ordered Pair (1, 3)the solution for this system
