Hi
***Using point-slope form, P(4,0)
y - 0 = 5(x-4)
y = 5x-20
5x - y = 20 Standard Form

Standard form ax + by = c

When given a point (x1,y1) and the slope (m), start with the point slope form:

y-y1 = m(x-x1) ---> y - 0 = 5(x-4)

y = 5x - 20

5x -y = 20 is the standard form with a=5, b=-1 and c=20.
