FIRST WE FIND THE SLOPE(m) (Y-Y1)/(X2-X1) THUS:
(4-2)/(-2-3)
2/-5 OR -2/5 IS THE SLOPE.
NOW WE REPLACE X&Y WITH ONE SET OF POINTS & SOLVE FOR (b) THE Y INTERCEPT.
2=(-2/5)3+b
2=-6/5+b
b=2+6/5
b=(10+6)/5
b=16/5 THIS IS THE Y INTERCEPT.
THUS THE LINE EQUATION IS:
Y=-2X/5+16/5
