Hi,

The slope of a line is 4/5 . The point (10, 2) is on the line.

***Using point-slope form, 

 y - 2 = (4/5)(x-10)



   y = (4/5)x -8 + 2

   y = (4/5)x -6

In standard Form

  4x - 5y = 30
