Question 841415: Please help. This is another problem that I am having challenges with.

Write the equation of the circle in standard form. Find the center, radius, intercepts, and graph the circle.
𝑥2+𝑦2+10𝑥−18𝑦=−102

Answer by Fombitz(32388)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Complete the square in x and y to get into standard form.

a) Center (h,k)=(-5,9)
b) Radius R=2
c) y intercepts :

Since no squared number can be negative, there are no y-intercepts (the circle doesn't cross the y-axis).
x intercepts :

Similarly, it doesn't cross the x-axis.
