4) through (3, -1) slope = -1
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the following need to be changed into point slope intercept for
1) through (3,5) slope = 5/3
2) through (1,2) slope = 7
3) through (-2,5) slope = -4
4) through (3, -1) slope = -1
---------
For each one::
Use the form y = mx + b
Solve for "b"
Write the equation:
----
Example #1
y = mx + b
5 = (5/3)3 + b
5 = 5 + b
b = 0
Then Equation is : y = (5/3)x + 0
=======================================
Do the same for 2 thru 4.
