No problem on this one. You have all of the information you need.
Your equation is in the format of y = mx + b where m is your slope and b is your y-intercept.
In this case, your m or slope would be 3/4 and your b (y-intercept) would be -4.
Your y-intercept is where you will want to start. Anything that intersects (or crosses) the y-axis will look like this (0,#) because there is no x value, thus it stays on the y-axis.
So, start by graphing the point (0, -4).
Now, take that slope and start plotting your other points. Remember that slope = rise/run... or the amount you move left or right, then the amount you move up or down.
So, starting at (0, -4) you would move to the right 3 (its positive), and then up 4 (also because its positive) to get to the next point (3,0).
