uh this question doesn't have an answer as the question isn't understandable....what does .5 have to do with a rule and there's no rule for any specific coordinates. why are you using half a point in distance and is it even distance you are talking about? this isn't a linear equation. as the has to be an = sign to be an equation. please revamp your question to something that we or I can understand and please place the question in the right category to at least aid us in a direction of the problem you need to understand.
