Solve what equation?
==========================
Use the slope-intercept form to graph the equation
y = -5/8x - 1
It's a straight line, so you need 2 points.
(0,-1) is one point, it's the y-intercept.
Count over 8 units and down 5 --> (8,-6) is another.
Plot them, draw a line thru them.
