Answer by oscargut(2103)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
State the domain and range of the relation, then state whether or not the relation is a function. Explain.
1. {(6, 1.7), (9, 3), (1, -1), (6, 5.1), (4, -2)}

domain = {1,4,6,9}
range = {-2,-1,1.7,3,5.1}
Is not a function because (6,1.7) and (6,5.1) are in the relation
