All you'll need to do is subtract the -4x from the left side to the right.
You'll be left with the equation 3y=-4x-9.
Then, you need to isolate the y on the left side by dividing it by 3. You'll also need to do the same on the right side.
After dividing 3 on the right side, you'll have the equation: y= (-4/3x)-9 or if you simplify it: y= -1.333x-9.
You're now ready to graph and when you do, it'll look like the above.
