Question 727600: I have a graph that I am supposed to fill out along with answering the equation. The problem is this:
Susan teaches knitting and math. She only has 15 one-hour sessions available to teach per month. She has already committed to at least 1 hour of math and at least 5 hours of knitting. Each hour session of math requires 1 mile of driving, each hour session of knitting requires 2 miles of driving and she doesn’t want to do more than 25 miles of driving per month. Her fancy calculator, which she needs to teach math, will not work more than 17 hours a month. If she gets $20 per hour to teach knitting and $30 per hour to teach math, how many hours of each should she teach per month to maximize profit?
