First of all, here is the graph:

form, which is the best form for graphing.

y=-5x+4

Y=mX+b WHERE m=SLOPE & b=THE Y INTERCEPT.
SETTING Y=0 YOU HAVE THE X INTERCEPT.
0=-5X+4
5X=4
X=4/5
X=0.8 ANS.
NOW DRAW A LINE THROUGH THESE 2 POINTS:
X=0.8 & Y=4.
