Subtract 6 from both sides to get:
-9x>27
Divide both sides by -9 ; remember, dividing by a negative reverses the inequality.
x<-3
Draw a line.
Pick a point and label it -3.
Draw a circle around that point.
Darken the line to the left of the point.
That is your graph.

Subtract 4x from each side to get:
6
or

Draw a line.
