The slope intercept form of a line is: highlight%28y=mx%2Bb%29, where m=slope and (0,b)=y-intercept.
slope=m=-2 and y-intercept=(0,b)=(0,4)
highlight%28y=-2x%2B4%29
To graph this plot the y-intercept (0,4) at 4 on the y axis (the axis that goes up and down)
Then use the slope=m=rise/run=-2/1, to go down 2 and right 1 to plot a second point at what should be (1,2).
