Find the intercept
-x+3y=15
I guess you are asked to find the y-intercept.
To do that you must rewrite the equation to slope-intercept form y=mx + b, where m = slope and b = y-intercept.
3y = x + 15

y+=+%281%2F3%29x+%2B+15%2F3

y+=+%281%2F3%29x+%2B+5, m=1/3 and b = 5
Therefore y-intercept = 5
