Find the slope of the line passing through the points (–8, –3) and (–2, 2).
Use the slope formula: , where m=slope, (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) are two given points. (It may be easier to remember the slope as the change in y over the change in x.)
(x1,y1)=(-8,-3) and (x2,y2)=(-2,2)

Happy Calculating!!!
