IF THE PROBLEM IS "22% OF THE PEOPLE IN A 900 POPULATION TOWN OWNS CATS & DOGS.WHAT IS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO OWN CATS & DOGS" THEN
.22*900=198 PEOPLE OWN CATS & DOGS.
