You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Write the equation of the line with slope -2 and y-intercept (0,0). Then graph the line. The equations I have are:
a)y = -2x
b) y = -2x
c)y = x - 2
d)y = x-2
The slope intercept form of a line is, highlight%28y=mx%2Bb%29, where m=slope and (0,b)=y-intercept
Your m=-2 and (0,b)=(0,0)
y=-2x%2B0
highlight%28y=-2x%29 that's (a) and (b) on your multiple choices.
(Why are a and b the same? Why are c and d the same?)
Happy Calculating!!!
