Equation of a line: y=mx+b, m=slope, b=y-intercept
y=2x+b
solving for b using coordinates of given point on line (14,3)
3=2*14+b
b=-28+3=-25
For answer to be 8, coordinates of given point should be (3,14) instead of (14,3)
14=2*3+b
b=14-6=8
