A line with a slope of zero is a horizontal line. Horizontal lines have the characteristic that the -coordinates of every point are equal to each other. You just have to find a way to say that is equal to the -coordinate of the given point. Since the coordinates are all equal regardless of the value of the coordinate, you don't have to mention in the equation at all.
