Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line y = mx + b
where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
Line Through: (1,-4), parallel to y = -x + 3 ( m = -1) Slopes the same

-4 = -1 + b
-3 = b
y = -x - 3
