Question 647497: what is the y-intercept of 2x+3y = 12
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Plug in x = 0 and solve for y

2x+3y = 12

2(0)+3y = 12

0+3y = 12

3y = 12

y = 12/3

y = 4

So the y-intercept is (0, 4)
