FIRST WE FIND THE SLOPE OF THIS LINE WHICH IS (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)
(-1+1)/-5-7)=0/-12=0 THEREFORE THIS A HORIZONTAL LINE WITH SLOPE OF 0 & PASSES THROUGH Y=-1.
THEREFORE THE LINE EQUATION Y=mX+b (m=SLOPE, b=Y INERCEPT)
BECOMES Y=-1
