You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Say you start with 100 dollars in your account. This would be the value of 'b'

So b = 100

If you add 20 dollars each week, then this is the slope m. So m = 20.

Therefore, after x weeks, you'll have y = 20x + 100 dollars in your account.
