y = x
y = mx + b |Standard slope-intercept form
m = 5/1 = 5 (Note: in this case b = 0)

Drawing the graph the x and y values are:
(-2,10)
(-1,-5)
(0,0)
(1,5)
(2,10)
Therefore:
Slope = rise/run = 5/1 = 5
