Question 620922: What would be the point used to make the equation -31x+4y=382 ?
Answer by richwmiller(17219) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
That is the equation for a line. A line consists of many points (actually an infinite number of points). You question has no answer because there are more than one point which satisfies the equation.
put in any number (zero is usually easy) for x and solve for y
then put in zero for y and solve for x.
Now you have two points and can graph the line.
