Hi
Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line y = mx + b where m is the slope and b the y-intercept
Line perpendicular to the line 2x-6y=12 OR y = x/3 - 2
slope of this line is -3
y = -3x + b ||using Pt(-1,4) to find b
4 = 3 + b
1 = b
y = -3x+1
