Hi
g(x) = 0.25x^2 - 1.5x-7
g(x) = .25(x-3)^2 - 2.5 - 7 = 0
g(x) = .25(x-3)^2 - 9.5 || Vertex(3,-9.5)min, .25>0, Parabola opens Upward
.25(x-3)^2 = 9.5
(x-3)^2 = 9.5/.25
x = 3 ± x-intercepts
x = 0, then y = -7 , Range is y ≥ -9.5
