Let x=0 and solve for y
10y+15(0)=20
10y+0=20
10y=20
10y/10=20/10
y=2 Plot (0,2)

Let x=2 and solve for y
10y+15(2)=20
10y+30=20
10y+30-30=20-30
10y=-10
10y/10=-10/10
y=-1 Plot (2,-1)
