Find the slope of the line passing through the points (3, 2) and (3, -3).
Notice that both the x's are the same. If you connected the two points, you'd have a vertical line. Vertical lines have undefined slopes.
If you did try to find the slope between these two points using the slope fomula: With the points (x1,y1)=(3,2) and (x2,y2)=(3,-3), you'd get:

A 0 in the denominator of a fraction is undefined.
