Question 58053: Help me find the correct answer to this problem . I need to find the slope and y-intercept of the line represented of the equation of this problem c
Answer by rcmcc(152) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
simplify the graph so thay you isolate y
2x-3y=6
subtract 2x
-3y=-2x+6
divide by 3
y=(-2/3)x+2
the y intercept is when x is 0 so
y=(-2/3)(0)+2
y=2
the slope is simply the fraction in front of x.
the y intercept is 2
the slope is -(2/3)
