The slope, m, is defined as . It doesn't matter which ordered pair is , and , because you'll get the same answer. But we don't even need to substitute anything here because upon close inspection of the points shows us that the y-values are exactly the same. That means the numerator will be 0, and therefore, the slope will be 0.
