GRAPH USING THE INTERCEPT METHOD: 2X-5Y=10
Let x=0 and solve for y to find the y-intercept.
2(0)-5y=10
-5y=10
-5y/-5=10/-5
y=-2
Plot (0,-2)
Let y=0 and solve for x, this is the x-intercept:
2x-5(0)=10
2x=10
2x/2=10/2
x=5
Plot (5,0)
Connect the points and you have the line:
