You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Since you are graphing "greater than" you
want the half-plane ABOVE the dotted line.
You shade with your pencil or hatch (draw
a bunch of lines perpendicular or at a slant
above the dotted line y=3.
The shaded area above the dotted line is the
graph you want
