The slope-intercept form of a line is: , where m=slope and (0,b) is the y-intercept.
This time m=-2 and b=4, substitute them into your formula and you have:

To graph this, plot (0,4), from that point, use your slope to graph another point slope=, this time your slope is -, so go DOWN 2 units and right 1 unit and plot another point. You should be at (1,2). Connect the points and you should have a line that looks like:
